Hi I'm Kelly. With nearly 20 years in the disability sector, I help turn NDIS plans into practical, meaningful support that works in real life. I understand the system, how it’s evolved, and how to navigate it when things feel confusing or overwhelming.
I hold a Master’s degree in Social Sciences and bring a strong ethical, evidence-based approach to my work. My background spans frontline support, complex support coordination, management and senior leadership.
I have led teams, designed services, and built programs from the ground up. This includes leading a high-performing Support Coordination team, establishing an engagement function across business development and client relationships, and launching a Community Living Support program from inception.
